2. TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All website content, including images, text, branding, logos, and recipes, is the property of Salty Girl Bakery and may not be reproduced or used without written permission. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices may change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Salty Girl Bakery is not liable for damages beyond the purchase price of products. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

3. SUBSCRIPTION & CANCELLATION POLICY

The Bread Club is our weekly sourdough subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each week. Your payment method will be charged on a recurring weekly basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your member account. Cancellations submitted before Monday at midnight will take effect that same week. Cancellations submitted after Monday midnight will be processed the following week and you will receive that delivery. You are responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation.

Skipped Weeks

We reserve the right to pause or skip deliveries due to holidays, illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Subscribers will be notified in advance whenever possible and will not be charged for any week in which a delivery is cancelled on our end.

4. DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within the following boundaries:
• North: Boynton Beach Blvd
• South: Sample Road
• East: Atlantic Ocean
• West: State Road 441

Deliveries outside this area are not available at this time.

Delivery Day & Cutoff

All Bread Club deliveries are made on Thursdays. To be included in that week's delivery, your subscription and any add-on orders must be placed by Monday at midnight.

Residential & Low-Rise Deliveries

For residential addresses and open-concept apartment buildings with 3 floors or fewer that have easy access, orders will be delivered directly to your door.

High-Rise Buildings

For customers residing in high-rise buildings, Salty Girl Bakery does not deliver to individual unit doors. Orders will be left at the front desk or reception area. It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve their order from reception in a timely manner. Salty Girl Bakery is not responsible for the condition of products left at reception for extended periods.

Gated Communities

For customers in gated communities, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that Salty Girl Bakery has access to the community on the day of delivery (Thursday). This may include providing a gate code, adding us to a guest list, or arranging access in advance. Salty Girl Bakery is not responsible for missed deliveries due to denied or unavailable access.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not home at the time of delivery, your order will be left at your door or designated drop-off location. Salty Girl Bakery is not responsible for the condition of products left unattended for extended periods. Please ensure a safe drop-off location is available.

Incorrect Address

You are responsible for keeping your delivery address accurate in your account. We are not responsible for missed or failed deliveries due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. REFUND POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at saltygirlbakery@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will review each situation individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

6. FOOD & ALLERGEN DISCLAIMER

Our products are made in small batches using high-quality ingredients. Products contain or may contain wheat (gluten), dairy, eggs, nuts, seeds, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee that any product is allergen-free or free from cross-contamination.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and determining suitability based on their dietary needs and any known allergies. Salty Girl Bakery is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from consumption of our products.

Our products are produced in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, in accordance with Florida Cottage Food Law (Florida Statute § 500.80).

7. PURCHASE AGREEMENT

By completing a purchase on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Products sold by Salty Girl Bakery are made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida's food safety regulations and has not been inspected by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
Products may contain or come into contact with wheat (gluten), dairy, eggs, nuts, and other allergens. Salty Girl Bakery cannot guarantee that products are allergen-free.
All sales are final due to the perishable nature of our products, subject to our Refund Policy above.
For subscription purchases, you authorize Salty Girl Bakery to charge your payment method on a recurring weekly basis until you cancel.
Add-on purchases are charged separately at the time of ordering and are subject to the Monday midnight cutoff for Thursday delivery.
